1. Program Description
Gassed Ops provides automated and manual SMS text alerts and marketing campaigns to clients regarding fuel tax audit status, contract pricing updates, and operational consulting insights. These messages are designed to keep you informed about your operational efficiency and potential savings opportunities.
2. Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Gassed Ops SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Gassed Ops. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any consulting or audit services. You certify that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device used to subscribe.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your active audit status and consulting engagement level. You may receive automated notifications or direct communication from our consulting team as needed to fulfill our technical audit duties.
4. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless provider. Gassed Ops does not charge for these messages, but your carrier might. Please check your mobile plan for details on SMS costs.
5. Help & Support
Text HELP to the number from which you received a message for assistance. You can also contact our support team directly at mel@gassedops.com for technical help or program information.
6. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the mobile number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
7. Supported Carriers
Our SMS service is supported by major carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is of utmost importance to Gassed Ops. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Any data collected during our SMS communication is handled in accordance with our full Privacy Policy.
